How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Each product includes a sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. If you're unsure, we generally recommend sizing up so your little one can wear the piece for longer.

Orders
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that you may change your mind on orders. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us smudge.co1@outlook.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within our return window, provided they are unworn and in original condition. See more in the RETURNS AND REFUNDS section.

As a general guide, we recommend a gentle cold wash with similar colours and air drying where possible to help maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric.
